The Captain, Mike McCulloch, is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed 50 Ton Master. Mike and his wife, Leilani, are the owners and operators of the boat Holopono. From the start, the boat was built to be a boating powerhouse; CABO uses the absolute highest quality components available in the construction of their boats. In many cases, they fabricate their own parts, because it is often that no supplier will meet their standards. Every part of the boat is meticiulously maintained, including the engines, shaft alignment couplings, shaft seals and shaft log boots, hynautic steering and controls systems.
