The Holopono Captain, Mike McCulloch, is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed 50 Ton Master. Mike and his wife, Leilani, are the two owners and head operators of the Holopono boat. From the start, the Holopono was built to be a strong and powerful boat. CABO uses only the best components available in the construction of their boats. In many cases, CABO builds their own boat parts, because there is often no supplier that meets their high standards. Every piece of the boat is meticulously maintained, including the engines, shaft alignment couplings, and shaft seals and shaft log boots.
